Although the adoption was finalized in Liberia in June, we re-adopted the kids in the USA so that they could obtain citizenship, social security numbers, and all those goodies! Today, we traveled out in the four inches of snow that we got last night (and continued to get all day!), appeared before Judge Moorehead in the Guernsey County Courthouse, and were granted our official US Adoption Decree and name change. So, officially, we are now the proud parents of Gabrielle Evangeline and Jack Matthew Pasquinelli! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only was that fantastic, but this also brought the kids their first experience with SNOW...and sledding...and frozen fingers and toes! Oh, and Jack Matthew fell face first into the snow...and didn't appreciate our laughter! LOL!!!!
